This voyage touches the islands of Mauritius, La Reunion, Madagascar, Zanzibar and the Comoros Islands during its voyage from Mauritius to Mombasa. Very limited space is available at these rates, and early booking is recommended. In all cases, additional time in London or Kenya is available for an additional cost.
April 13: You will arrive in London, and accommodation will be confirmed for an overnight stay near the airport. You will have time to head into London for the day if you wish, or simply visit some of the towns adjacent to Gatwick Airport. April 14: You overnight flight south will depart from Gatwick in the evening, flying non-stop to Mombasa where you will transfer to the Africa Safari Club resort for two days. April 15 & 16: Mombasa.
April 18: In Mauritius until you set sail at 1800. April 19: Arrive in La Reunion in the morning, where you will stay for the next day, again overnighting on board the ship. April 20: You set sail at 1700, and will spend the next two days at sea as your ship cruises to the mysterious and delightful island of Madagascar. April 21 & 22: At sea.
April 24: The ship will depart at 1700 for the overnight sailing to Mayotte in the Comoros Islands. April 25: A full day in these remote and rarely visited islands; a rare opportunity to visit a small, isolated island community, and have an opportunity to learn about life in the Indian Ocean. The ship will set sail at 1600 for the sailing north to Zanzibar. April 26: At sea.
April 28: You will arrive in the early morning, and transfer directly to the airport for the return flight to Gatwick airport. Overnight will be in London. April 29: Your return flight to North America will depart at some point in the day. |

April 17: Transfer in the morning
to the airport for the short flight to
Mauritius where you will board the M/S Royal
Star. Accommodation will be on board the
ship this evening.
April 23: The ship will arrive at
Nosy Bé early in the morning, and you will
enjoy a two-day stay in Madagascar.
April 27: You will arrive in the
famed "Spice Islands" at about
0800 and enjoy a full day exploring the
fascinating community of Zanzibar before
setting sail for the final leg of this
extraordinary odyssey.
