| Travelling directly between
the open plains of the Masai Mara and the
granite outcrops of the Serengeti adds a
certain thrill to this classic safari. Most of
the travel is by road making this a very
scenic safari, though a few of the longer
journeys are by plane.
Day 1:
Transfer to your Nairobi hotel.
Day 2: Flight to Naivasha/Nanyuki.
Transfer to your accommodation and afternoon
game activity.
Day 3: Transfer to the airport and fly
to Masai Mara. Lunch and an afternoon game
drive.
Day 4: Morning and afternoon game
activities.
Day 5: Transfer by road from Masai Mara
to Serengeti via the Isebania border post.
There will be a picnic lunch en route and the
afternoon will be spent on a game drive.
Day 6: Morning and afternoon game
activities.
Day 7: Drive via Olduvai Gorge to
Ngorongoro Crater. Lunch and Maasai village
visit or nature walk.
Day 8: Game-viewing in the Crater
followed by lunch at the lodge. Afternoon
Maasai village visit or nature walk.
Day 9: Depart to Mto wa Mbu Village for
lunch and a cultural experience. From here,
continue to Lake Manyara National Park for an
afternoon game drive.
Day 10: Morning depart to Arusha, lunch
and afternoon flight to Nairobi for your
onward travel arrangements. |
