Located 150 miles north
of Thompson, Manitoba, North Knife Lake Lodge
is the epitome of a Canadian angling
adventure. Wilderness, Tranquility,
Fish - the lake, with its hundreds of
crooked bays and backwater areas are
havens for Northern Pike. And at over
150,000 acres, there is plenty of
space for a phenomenal Lake Trout
population as well. And that’s not
all, we can offer incredible Walleye,
Whitefish, Brook Trout and Arctic
Grayling fishing too.

Experience the soothing
rhythm of paddling a canoe on the lake
at dawn, or sunset. Feel the sun on
your skin and breathe the air as you
hike the sand-crowned eskers of our
nature trail or take a quiet stroll to
watch for our resident wolf pack,
moose, eagles and black bears. Explore
the abandoned village or the trapper’s
camp up the lake. Immerse yourself in
the culture and history of the people
who settled this vast territory. Take
a whale watching expedition to
Churchill, explore the frontier town
and take a boat tour to see, hear,
even touch, Beluga whales. There is a
lot more than fishing to enjoy at
North Knife Lake Lodge.

With a maximum of
16 guests at the lodge at one time (and 160
each season), you are one of a very few. You
may arrange it so you don’t see another
soul on the lake, except the odd moose, wolf
or eagle. Or if its company you desire, we
can arrange that too. |
