Rules & Conditions
A few simple rules before ordering your
FlightPass
Qualification
for Purchase:
EuropebyAir flight
coupons must be purchased prior to
departure from
Canada, and are available only to
non-European residents. The name on your
EuropebyAir
flight coupons must match the name on
your passport.
The airline staff at each airport will ask to see
your passport in order to verify you are a
non-European resident.
Minimum Sale:
There is no minimum. You can purchase
only one Flight Pass if you wish.
However,
as they are not sold in Europe, we suggest you buy
as many as you need before departing.
Maximum
Sale:
There is no maximum. However, keep in mind
Flight Passes are not refundable once purchased.
Validity:
When you order your EuropebyAir flight
coupon(s) please indicate the day you
want to activate your passes (usually the day you
arrive in Europe). EuropebyAir flight
coupons are valid for 120 days from
that date.
Travel must commence no more than 90 days from the
date you purchase your flight coupons.
Valid Routes:
Each EuropebyAir
flight coupon is valid for one
non-stop flight within the Europe by Air system.

& Airlines for details. Some
flights on Aegean airlines from Germany to Greece
require 2 coupons - this is because the flight
stops enroute (1 coupon per non-stop flight).
Some of the routes are journeys by train - the
coupons work exactly the same way as for a plane
ride. Price does not include airport
taxes, which will vary from country to country and
will be collected by the airline at
the airport counter prior to departure.
No Refunds:
EuropebyAir flight
coupons are not transferable.
Lost, stolen, or unused tickets are not
refundable, so be sure to keep them with your
passport in a safe place. Trip
interruption and cancellation Insurance is
available and definitely recommended (for more
information, please ask.
Rates vary according to amount cover, length of
stay in Europe, etc.).
Cancellations:
If you have made advance
reservations and need to cancel your flight plans,
please call the airline directly
and
inform them as soon as possible so the seats are
released. If you have reservations and fail to
show up for the flight you are subject to
forfeiture of a flight coupon.
Postage & Delivery
Fees:
Regular delivery, 2 to 3 business
days (Xpresspost traceable): CA$10/shipment.
Overnight delivery, next day by noon (courier):
CA$25.00.
These fees must be added to the total authorized
on your Credit Card Authorization form.
