Travelling on an escorted coach tour is the way to visit for many. Leave the entire organization to our Scottish partners and simply show up ready to be swept off your feet as you marvel at the unfolding countryside from the comfort of your motor coach. Day 1: Arrive in Edinburgh or Glasgow and check into your accommodation. Day 2: A full day to explore your chosen city. Day 3: Drive through the gorgeous Glen Coe and Fort William before arriving in Inverness, your base for the next three nights. Day 4: A full day excursion to the Isle of Skye by mini-coach, stopping en-route at Eilean Donan Castle, and then "Over the sea to Skye" where you will spend the day. Day 5: Today head north to John o' Groats and the far north; the emphasis today is on the nature and wildlife of this dramatic region. Day 6: In the morning there is an excursion to Culloden Moor followed by free time in Inverness. In the afternoon you will join the coach for the drive through the Spey Valley, and the Victorian resort town of Pitlochry before returning to Edinburgh or Glasgow for your final night's accommodation. Day 7: Depart from your hotel.
